Your Legacy

We trust that by now you have had a chance to think and pray about some of the things we brought forward in our Fall newsletter. Maybe you have landed on some solid answers to those questions we posed around what your unique legacy might look like – how you “lived” it and how you are seeking to “leave” it for the inspiration it may well form for others. We talked in September about the importance of living our lives with intentionality – and what can then form for each of us, the unique shape and design of our legacy; how you “lived” out your faith.

We might now ask you to consider what you might feel led to do, when it comes to leaving behind your story; the unique narrative of your life. What do we mean by that? Simply this; “leaving a legacy” means leaving a pathway for those who will follow in your footsteps. Even more specifically, it can, and should, involve careful and prayerful consideration of how cherished ministries that have been a part of your story might best be enriched – perpetuated for future generations.
