Ending on a personal note, recent events in our family and in the lives of some very dear friends of ours, have once again brought to the fore for me, the very real importance of this due diligence. When you come right down to it, our passing, for us as believers, in a God who loves us and has made a way through His Son to assure that we can be with him when our “eyes close here”, and then “open there”, is not to be feared. It is in just such assurance then, that we can confidently and resolutely set upon just what we want to see happen “to and for whom and when”—and that is what a well-designed plan affords.

Our ultimate achievement (what we define as success before Him) centers upon our ability to establish a relationship with you that is built on trust and confidence, to the end that we might be able to assist you in this important area—for the peace of mind it will afford you, and the context it will create to allow for key decisions around wealth preservation and its ultimate distribution, both during and after our time here.

Please explore our website for additional resources and information. There you will find a best practice worksheet for you to deploy with a qualified attorney, as well as tips and instruments that can help you minimize if not eliminate certain taxes when setting upon these various forms of planning. Of course, do not hesitate to reach out to us for any assistance we can provide—by email at leavealegacy@letufoundation.org or by direct call to 800-259-5388, and ask for the Foundation.

Blessings upon you as you consider these important “stewardship of life” areas!

By His appointment,
Tom Bevan, Founding President and CEO
