The most prominent example we could cite resides possibly with our endowed scholarships – which are strategic agreements that have been entered into by the University’s many alumni and friends, and play a key role in assisting students with the cost of their education here.

An unprecedented occurrence took place on the University’s campus in this current academic year – something that has never happened, but as an example of God’s faithfulness, we can look back upon it now with hearts of praise and true humility.

While the markets of late have been in tumult as we all know, the awards that have been made to students in this current academic year are actually based upon a calculation that brings forward our performance figures from 12-31-21.  Our goal, as a University, and a Foundation in support of it, has always been to get to a true 4% spendable amount on the University’s Endowment (all agreement dollar amounts combined for investment purposes).  This academic year we have been able to award $1.2 million to students - and help still others further with non-endowed funds.

That’s our faithful God, and the giving from so many, who through their participation with us in this way, are a living illustration of 2 Corinthians 9:12-15 (where we see such thankfulness to God on the part of those who benefitted from the generosity of other believers).

If you would like more information on how you can create such an agreement, in honor of someone, or any other special situation you might like to memorialize, please feel free to reach out to us.
