Welcome to Legacy Moments

You may be among those who have followed us since our founding in 2018 - and have shared with us the joy of seeing this ministry come together in a way that only a faithful God could have done! You may also be one who we have enjoyed the privilege of serving in some strategic way (and for that we are so very grateful!). If you are among this number, you are familiar with what we do (what we “lead” with), as you’ve heard us speak of the two-fold importance to our having our “affairs” in order – a comprehensive “all boxes checked” estate plan.

The first motivator for this that we point to would be the essential context a comprehensive estate plan lends to all manner of decisions when it comes to our accrued estate with all its moving parts. Who “will receive what, and when”, “why certain heirs and beneficiaries should be given priority”, and “how do we effectively and efficiently what the IRS might otherwise stipulate with respect to the taxation of certain assets”, are all good, leading questions.

The second motivator, for us as believers (that is even more important), is the opportunity it affords you to record your “legacy narrative”. Early in the record of First and Second Kings, we read that a “generation rose up which knew not the Lord, nor the works that He had done”. At the opening of your Estate Plan, at your passing, the first thing your family should see (or hear) is “how you came by” all that the Lord blessed you with, and how God’s faithfulness in your life brought you to where you were. This second motivator, is, indeed, maybe the most important dimension of all!
